Phoebe’s plot in the hinterland of Byron Bay blooms year round. All planting, sowing, feeding, weeding, harvesting and resting are done in rhythm with the moon. The use of these biodynamic and permaculture techniques on the Alchemilla farm allow for abundant, chemical free florals.
