Shipping

Bask Capsule ships to all destinations within Australia and world-wide.

For orders over $100, standard shipping within Australia is free. $8.50 flat rate shipping for orders under $100.

International shipping is $20AUD and takes 3-10 business days. Please note: the recipient will be liable for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post.

 

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love your Bask Capsule treasures! If you are not happy with your purchase please get in contact with us within seven days of its arrival.

• To obtain a refund or exchange, item must be returned in its original condition
• We do not offer return or exchange of sale items
• Refunds are less the cost of shipping
